The Education Credit Union (ECU), located in the Region of Waterloo, is a full-financial service credit union including a comprehensive Wealth Management Program. ECU provides a broad range of banking services including chequing and savings accounts, programs for youths, investments, card services, loans and mortgages and surcharge free Automatic Teller Machines.

The primary difference between ECU and other financial institutions is our personal approach. The principle of putting members first has promoted the growth of credit unions. We have three branches: the Education Centre in Kitchener, a branch located in the TechTown building in the Research and Technology Park in Waterloo and a new branch located in Cambridge Place, on Water Street in Galt. Our services are designed to provide convenience; many requests are processed by phone, fax, through the courier system and through MemberDirect Telephone, Online and Mobile banking.
