| THE EXCHANGE® Network will change from Everlink to Threshold Financial
Technologies on June 2, 2009. There will be minimal impact to the system in
Canada, as the migration will take place from 4 am to
7 am EDT, however, the
migration activities in the United States will be lengthy. From 4
am to 7 pm EDT, the EXCHANGE and ACCEL systems will be down in the United States.
Unfortunately this downtime is unavoidable. We apologize for the inconvenience.
