If your Credit Union debit or credit card is lost or stolen, if you have charges on your statement that you did not make, or if your PIN has been disclosed, it is essential that you notify us immediately!

Lost or Stolen MasterCard

To report lost or stolen credit union MasterCard cards within Canada or the United States, please call 1-800-LOST-111 or 1-800-567-8111, and from outside Canada or the U.S. please call 1-306-566-1276, collect. Your card will be cancelled immediately and replacement cards will be ordered. You can also request emergency cash, billable to your card account, to keep you going until the card arrives.
