Our Approach to Social Media

Education Credit Union is a member-owned, community-based credit union. We want to be an organization that develops community value through everything we do. We want to engage with people about issues that matter to them We want to focus upon areas that make a positive impact in our community.

ECU upholds everyone's right to privacy online, and our employees adhere to strict confidentiality policies and procedures. We will never discuss a member's personal transactions or account information online, and will instead, direct our members to communicate directly with a staff member to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of their information.

We hope you'll meet us online to let us know what's going on in your world, and how the work we do as a member-owned financial institution can assist you and your family. We would also encourage members to let us know when we've done well or when you have a complaint or suggestion for improvement.
