Step 2: Let’s look at what needs to be transferred and get the forms for you. We’ll help you find and fill out the right forms to make the transition as smooth as possible.

Step 3: Once all of applicable forms are complete, we’ll submit them for you. We just require your signature to complete the change.

"To the Wonderful Staff at the WRDSB credit union at University, I am not usually one to write letters to companies, but there are times when 'exceptional' should be acknowledged. My husband and I and now, our children, have banked at [ECU] for many years. We are always impressed with the incredible service we receive. Every time we come into the branch we are greeted by the friendly staff. Most of them know us by name, and those that do not, know our faces. The service is personal, quick and always, always friendly!! Recently I have become POA for my aging mother. I have had the unpleasant experience of dealing with a large Canadian Bank in solving a error made on their behalf. The problem took two weeks to fix, during which time it was very difficult to talk to anyone person to person. The frustration with automated machines, voice mail, and messages not being passed on was tedious and annoying. When the problem was solved there was no personal phone call or explanation for their error. This would never have happened at our credit union. In fact I recently dealt with the credit union for a small loan (unexpected vet bill...ugh!), the loan was in our account within hours of requesting it. Days later when a small error was made on the account on line regarding the loan, a quick phone call and within half an hour, the call was returned and the problem solved!! Unbelievable, it was that easy!! My daughter has recently become employed with the school board (yeah!), and we have been encouraging her to do all her banking, including her future mortgage with credit union, it is the only way to go!! Merry Christmas to all of you there; you are all wonderful, and very very appreciated!!!"
